These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and MurahQQ ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the MurahQQ website located at https://murahqq.cam and all associated gaming services, products, features, and content provided thereon.

To register and maintain an active account on MurahQQ, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. MurahQQ strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in accordance with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards. MurahQQ reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

MurahQQ does not accept registrations from users located in Restricted Jurisdictions. Providing false or misleading information regarding your location constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You must possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or are acting under guardianship are not eligible to register.
You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either imposed by MurahQQ or voluntarily requested by yourself, that remains active at the time of registration or continued use. If you have previously self-excluded from MurahQQ and that exclusion period has not expired, you are prohibited from creating a new account.
To access the full range of MurahQQ Services, you are required to complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Registration of a MurahQQ account is free of charge.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and any subsequent updates is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. You are obligated to promptly notify MurahQQ of any changes to your registered information. MurahQQ shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the MurahQQ platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and permanent ban. Any balances, winnings, or bonuses associated with duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. MurahQQ will never contact you to request your password. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].
MurahQQ reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of your account lifecycle, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification, proof of residential address dated within the past three months, and proof of ownership for any payment methods used. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification may result in account restrictions, including the suspension of withdrawal functionality.
The MurahQQ platform and all associated Services are provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. You may not use the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating the account on behalf of a third party, pooling funds with other users, or using the platform as part of a business model.
By using MurahQQ, you agree to:
MurahQQ endeavours to maintain platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, the Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. MurahQQ shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability.
MurahQQ accepts deposits via the following Malaysian-supported payment methods:
Deposits made via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited to your account instantly. FPX bank transfers may take between 5 and 15 minutes to reflect in your account balance. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the requisite number of network confirmations. MurahQQ does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for most payment methods. Minimum deposit amounts for cryptocurrency are expressed in MYR-equivalent terms and may vary based on real-time exchange rates. MurahQQ reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.
All account balances, deposits, bonuses, and withdrawals on MurahQQ are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are automatically converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting. MurahQQ is not responsible for currency conversion losses.
All funds deposited into your MurahQQ account must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds.
To be eligible to withdraw funds from your MurahQQ account, you must have: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) made at least one qualifying deposit using a verified payment method; and (c) complied with all applicable wagering requirements if any portion of your balance consists of bonus funds.
MurahQQ commits to the following indicative withdrawal processing timeframes:
Processing times quoted above are indicative only and may be subject to delays during high-volume periods, public holidays, or where additional security review is required.
Minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum single withdrawal and daily/weekly limits may vary based on your VIP tier and account verification status. VIP Diamond and Royal Black Diamond tier players are entitled to higher withdrawal limits as specified in the VIP Programme terms.
Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. MurahQQ reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals to alternative payment methods.
All bonuses and promotions offered by MurahQQ are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer. By accepting any bonus, you agree to be bound by the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms. For example, a bonus of RM100 with a 20x wagering requirement must be wagered a total of RM2,000 before the bonus balance is withdrawable.
MurahQQ actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, placing bets that systematically minimise risk in order to satisfy wagering requirements, or engaging in arbitrage betting strategies while a bonus is active. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have their bonuses voided and winnings derived therefrom forfeited.
The 2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus (maximum MYR 688) is available to eligible players who deposit via BTC, ETH, USDT, or BNB. This bonus is subject to a minimum wagering requirement as specified in the promotion details at the time of claiming. The bonus is valid for 21+ players only and cannot be combined with other active deposit bonuses unless expressly stated.
Each game offered on the MurahQQ platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are made available within the game interface or associated help documentation. In the event of a discrepancy between on-screen game information and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail for matters relating to gameplay, and these Terms shall prevail for matters relating to accounts, payments, and conduct.
Sports betting markets, including those covering the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other competitions, are subject to MurahQQ's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately. All bets are final once confirmed. MurahQQ reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by confirmed match irregularities, data errors, or system malfunctions.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, MurahQQ reserves the right to void the affected wager and refund the staked amount to the player's account. Winnings derived from an acknowledged system error are not valid and will not be paid out.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market. These limits may vary based on game type, market, and player VIP tier. Limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market prior to wager placement. MurahQQ reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time without prior notice.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the MurahQQ platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of funds:
MurahQQ cooperates with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Any activity suspected of constituting a criminal offence will be reported to the appropriate authorities, and relevant account information and transaction records may be disclosed as required by law.
All content, materials, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, service marks, and designs displayed on the MurahQQ platform are the exclusive property of MurahQQ or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of MurahQQ.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to MurahQQ regarding the Platform or its Services may be used by MurahQQ without restriction and without any obligation of compensation to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MurahQQ, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its Services, including but not limited to:
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude MurahQQ's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
MurahQQ is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining leisure activity. It should never be used as a means of financial relief, debt repayment, or income generation.

MurahQQ reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably suspects or determines that: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred; (b) fraudulent or unlawful activity has taken place; (c) account security has been compromised; (d) the account belongs to a person under 21 years of age; or (e) the account is located in a Restricted Jurisdiction.
You may request the closure of your MurahQQ account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Upon account termination by either party, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including but not limited to: Sections 10, 11, 12, and 16.
MurahQQ reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of any revised Terms will be updated accordingly.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 14.2.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. MurahQQ recommends bookmarking this page and checking for updates at least once per calendar quarter.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which MurahQQ holds its operating licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute arising between you and MurahQQ in connection with these Terms or the Services, you are encouraged to first contact our customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. MurahQQ will endeavour to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of an informal resolution attempt, you may escalate your complaint in writing to our compliance team. MurahQQ will acknowledge receipt of your formal complaint within 5 business days and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within 28 business days. MurahQQ's decision on any complaint shall be final and binding subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.
